As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 17 years of experience in supporting clients at the residential level of care, I've had the privilege of walking alongside clients as they break free from the chains of eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm and suicidality; and work towards developing a better relationship with themselves through building up their feelings of self-compassion, esteem and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings about any topic can be shared without fear of judgment. My purpose in therapy is to help you increase your awareness of and challenge thinking patterns and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck in suffering. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I would love to support you in that process of self-discovery and healing.
